Installation

Instructions

First, install the podman container engine. Follow the official podman installation instructions here.

Then, install parsomics with:

pip install parsomics

Packages

When you ran the command above, you installed a metapackage that includes all packages for all modules of the parsomics project. These are:

Main modules

• parsomics-core
• parsomics-api-server
• parsomics-cli

Plugin modules

• parsomics-plugin-clean
• parsomics-plugin-dbcan
• parsomics-plugin-interpro
• parsomics-plugin-proteinfer
